Just notify us via email with a photo of the damaged plants within 30 days of receiving your order and we will ship out replacements. No return or shipping charges. It is that simple.

- Same Day Shipping for orders placed before 3 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday
- Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern Time will ship the next day
- All Plants are shipped via fast USPS Priority or Ground Advantage Mail depending on the order weight
- Most orders arrive 2 to 5 days after you place the order
- We ship around the year, despite your local weather conditions. If you are concerned about daytime temperatures below freezing, and you are not home when mail is delivered, please have the plants shipped to where you are located during the day (your place of work or school). However, plants received damaged are always covered by our 30 Day Guarantee.
All orders over $75 ship for free. Most plants will ship with USPS Priority Mail. Non-living items are sent with ground service.

All of our tillandsia are farmed by CITES-certified nurseries. We do not support the collection of plants from the wild.
